Improve AI 'Fix It' ability to inject missing key terms

The AI 'Fix It' feature to include missing key terms is valuable however the quality is sub-optimal at the moment and most often doesn't sound natural. It appears to start the top of the doc and if dismissed doesn't scan the remainder of the doc to search for better placement of the key term.
