Ability to translate the content of the entire page within the browser window.

Is it possible to program the text output window where the results are displayed so that I can translate them with a translator tool in the web browser. This would be a helpful background for translating the text output into another language and would increase the benefit for a new group of customers. In the current mode I always have to copy and translate the text passages ;)
