Having the chrome extension is great but Google chrome has it's quirks that causes issues preventing extensions from Working correctly. May I suggest a desktop app as well? Why? Less reliant on the browser. A user will have greater flexibility, instead of looking for a textbox input on the browser level, it can look for a text box on the os level which means it can be used in any app with a text box. You wouldn't have to create integrations for things like Outlook, Mac Mail, Microsoft Word, etc. You may even be able to get rid of the chrome extension all together. Best of all, the workflow will be a lot more stable. This is what Grammerly does and it's extremely efficient.
