Editing in Cruise Mode - Writing Points need a better way to move H2 and H3 around

Currently you can move around entire sections, but it is not easy to see the sections you want to move to and often it only one H2 section at a time. It would be great to utilize the outline mode on the left to quickly move the H2 and H3 around and see the results live in the draft mode
